Each day, the player plants the seeds for the next day. You must correctly anticipate the demand for each herb for each day in order to have the correct amount of stock for the next day.  After this, the herb shop opens and customers present their orders, which you fill from that day's stock. When the shop closes, the player harvests the herbs and is able to buy upgrades and seed packets from that day's profits. These upgrades could be larger farm plots, fertilizer, storefront decor, advertisements, new herb seeds, etc.  Upgrades will not take effect until two days after it is bought.

If the player fails to have the ideal amount of stock and cannot fill customers' orders, their store rating will go down. This will cause fewer customers to come to the store, and throw off the profit margins. To increase ratings, one must consistently fill orders correctly. Another way to increase ratings is to buy advertisements, which will cause more customers to come in.

The core gameplay loops involve the day cycle the game revolves around:

1. Wake up

2. Plant next day's seeds

3. Run storefront and fill customers' orders

4. Harvest herbs and buy upgrades

5. Repeat

Inside of this is the loop of maintaining the store orders:

1. Receive order

2. Grab correct herbs and amounts for order

3. Dispense order to customer and receive payment

4. Repeat

A secondary gameplay loop involves upgrades:

1. Purchase upgrade

2. Plan for the changes the upgrade may make when planting

3. Reap benefits of upgrade

4. Repeat
